Shipping policy

We currently ship internationally to Canada, the United Kingdom, select European Union* countries, UAB, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, Israel, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Japan. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. A $5 USD handling fee is applied to cover packaging and customs processing. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. We do not offer refunds for orders returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect shipping information. If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, we recommend contacting your local postal service first. In the event that an item is returned to us, we will refund the product cost minus shipping and handling. Replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. We are unable to refund or replace international orders that are lost or delayed due to customs or courier issues.
