Refund policy

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.If there is an issue with your order, please email merch@@songsyoulike.co within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the item so we can assist you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or delayed by the carrier

  • Orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses

  • International orders held or returned due to unpaid customs/VAT

Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to replace a defective item
